Just like asking ‘Why?, I love these Q’s - their pure simplicity, keeping it in context and the accountability they bring.

Asking these Q’s ensure the messages and stories we tell through social media are relevant and carry meaning and thus, value to our community of customers and followers.

‘So what?’ is a little stronger than 'Why?’, but it’s important to keep us grounded and cut through so that our social media posts and our presence are noteworthy and add value.

‘So what?’ asks us ,’Is this worth sharing?’.  It also reminds us to check whether the social media post we are writing is about our business or our personal life. It can be OK to post about your personal life, but it’s going to be more effective if it’s relevant to your business and the value that your business is adding.  Keep it in context.
